Senior IAM Engineer - Remote Opportunity at SEB

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join our team at SEB, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. This remote IAM Engineer position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse group of experts in a friendly and open environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement IAM solutions and architectures that are secure and scalable.
• Operate and evolve IAM platforms and infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Support cloud and platform onboarding with secure IAM patterns.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Continuously improve the organization’s overall security posture in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering.
• Expertise in access management tools.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TLS, DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs).
• Advanced knowledge of certificate management and PKI, including SSL/TLS certificates.
• Experience with identity federation technologies (e.g., OpenID Connect, OAuth2).
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions (e.g., FIDO2).
• Proficiency in DevSecOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions).
• Advanced programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Go, Spring, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux, LDAP, OpenShift, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Keycloak, or Curity.

• Experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure.
