About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Solutions Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior HR Solutions Manager, you will lead transformative initiatives that align people, processes, and technology to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and digital workforce optimization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and leaders on change management, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute modern, branded, digital-first communication campaigns that engage employees and drive adoption.
• Coach leaders and teams through complex changes, building capabilities, alignment, and enthusiasm for new processes and tools.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and impact metrics, using data to iterate and improve transformation outcomes.
• Build playbooks, pilots, and scaled rollouts to operationalize AI solutions and other strategic workforce initiatives.
• Influence organizational culture through talent planning, workforce design, and strategic HR solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR, organizational development, or transformation experience in complex, high-growth environments.
• Proven expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and large-scale transformation execution.
• Strong experience in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning at enterprise scale.
• Exceptional storytelling, digital communication, and engagement skills.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to inform decisions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
