Network Performance and Financial Optimization Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Network Performance and Financial Optimization Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will drive network performance and financial optimization across the Agent Network by providing analysis and management reporting using state-of-the-art reporting tools. You will develop new solutions for automation and support the ND management in strategic analysis, closely collaborating with Legal & Compliance on governance-related topics.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market potential analyses and geographic studies to identify network expansion opportunities.
• Support ND Management in the development of network strategy and investor selection processes.
• Manage internal systems for Network Management, including SWT & Paragon (SAP), GSSN, Directory, DTS & GNC.
• Develop, consolidate, and maintain the reporting and analytics ecosystem and Dashboard for Network, Development & Training, providing strategic insights that support Senior Management decision-making.
• Support profitability and performance reporting processes through data consolidation, validation, insight generation, and preparation of executive-level materials.
• Ensure Agent Due Diligence requirements are up to date for operational readiness and compliance with governance standards.
• Provide analytical and operational support to governance processes, including KPI reviews and Score Card data consolidation.
• Prepare periodic Network reporting packages for Sales Area Managers to support field performance deep dives with Agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis/management, network development, or similar departments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with network performance optimization and financial reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and other reporting tools.
