Senior Global Technical Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Global Technical Consultant to join our team at Ecolab. This remote position will allow you to support pharmaceutical clients in solving complex quality and manufacturing challenges within highly regulated environments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients meet their quality standards while navigating the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do

• Work within expanding and dynamic pharmaceutical client environments to analyze and resolve complex technical and quality-related issues.
• Lead or support investigations and CAPA activities, providing expert consulting in microbiology, manufacturing processes, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Collaborate closely with client Quality Assurance (QA) and Operations teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld.
• Support and lead global projects, managing multiple stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, demonstrating the ability to challenge and push back when necessary.
• Participate in an approximately three-month onboarding and training program to familiarize yourself with Ecolab's processes and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in the Aseptics area.
• A degree in Microbiology is required; a Master’s degree is a strong asset.
• Proven project management skills and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of effectiveness and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Ability to work independently in complex, fast-paced, and international environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time internationally; the other 50% of the work will be remote.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are highly advantageous.
