Senior Full Stack Engineering Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from India.

What You'll Do

• Review production-grade code and evaluate AI outputs across multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, and C++.
• Set engineering standards and assess code quality to ensure production readiness.
• Analyze maintainability and scalability of solutions, ranking them based on real-world engineering standards.
• Create and document technical training content related to software engineering best practices.
• Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices and assist in debugging strategies.
• Evaluate Git workflows, including branching and merging strategies, to improve team collaboration.
• Generate training data for advanced coding AI capabilities, enhancing our AI model's performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience in building and shipping production software.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching and merging.
• Excellent technical communication skills are essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience in backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Experience in technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Proven ability in code review, complex debugging, and large codebase analysis.
• Startup founding or early employee experience is a plus.
