Senior Full Stack Engineer - Customer Experience Tools

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at CookUnity, focusing on enhancing our Customer Experience tools. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on how we connect with our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement features within our JavaScript stack that engage customers and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and CX specialists to build and optimize solutions that directly affect customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture and development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning.
• Improve the maturity of our technical stack by implementing engineering best practices.
• Support the on-call rotation to ensure high uptime and reliability of our services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, particularly in developing tools for Customer Experience.
• Strong understanding of building backend REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Enjoy working in small teams within a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of AI applications in Customer Experience.
• Experience with mobile app development, particularly using React Native.
