About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at Rho Labs. This remote position is perfect for someone with a strong frontend background who is passionate about building sophisticated financial products in the crypto space. You will play a crucial role in owning the user-facing layer across our products, ensuring that complex workflows are transformed into elegant, high-performance web experiences.
What You'll Do
- Product Ownership: Take charge of the frontend experience across multiple products, overseeing everything from UX decisions to implementation quality.
- Application Development: Build and maintain client-facing web applications that cater to trading and DeFi products.
- Solution Design: Convert ambiguous inputs into clear, production-ready solutions that enhance user experience.
- Real-Time & Web3 Workflows: Engage with real-time market data, charting, wallet flows, and smart contract integrations.
- Full Stack Contribution: Collaborate on backend services, APIs, internal tools, analytics surfaces, and integrations as needed.
- Frontend Foundations: Shape frontend architecture, reusable components, testing practices, and overall product quality.
- Execution: Balance speed, polish, and maintainability in a startup environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Requirements
- Frontend Expertise: Proven experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
- Full Stack Capability: Senior-level frontend expertise with the ability to work across the stack when necessary.
- AI-Native Workflow: Proficient in utilizing AI for solution design, problem solving, implementation, and iteration.
- Domain Experience: Previous experience in DeFi, crypto, trading, exchanges, or related fintech products.
- Real-Time & Web3 Experience: Familiarity with building real-time interfaces and working with Web3 integrations.
- Product Sense: Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented approach.
- Autonomy: Comfortable operating independently and moving quickly with low-clarity inputs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and modern testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial products.
- Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks or libraries.
