What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough code quality assessments, ensuring that AI-generated full stack code meets production readiness standards.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards across multiple programming languages.
• Rank solutions based on their effectiveness and efficiency in various programming contexts.
• Create and answer questions related to software engineering best practices as part of technical training content.
• Document debugging strategies and version control workflows to enhance team collaboration.
• Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices to improve team output.
• Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios, focusing on Git workflows, branching, and merging strategies.
• Generate training data to enhance advanced coding AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience in building and shipping production software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, and collaboration techniques.
• Excellent technical communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.

Nice to Have

• Experience in backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Experience in technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Proven ability to conduct code reviews, complex debugging, and large codebase analysis.
• Startup founding or early employee experience is a plus.
