About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer (WordPress) to join our fully remote team at INSIDEA. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital marketing solutions and HubSpot integrations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and components tailored to business requirements.
  • Execute designs with strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy across layout, spacing, alignment, animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Work extensively within a WordPress Pack environment, ensuring consistency and scalability across builds.
  • Translate design mockups and UI/UX requirements into clean, responsive, and accessible frontend code.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and WordPress-related issues efficiently.
  • Follow best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in custom WordPress development (themes, templates, reusable components).
  • Solid frontend development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience working with WordPress Pack setups.
  • WordPress as the primary technology stack in recent roles.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with HubSpot CMS.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tools, build processes, or performance optimization techniques.
