Senior Mechanical & Structural Engineering Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical & Structural Engineering Manager to join Boeing Ukraine's team. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead engineering and technical activities in Mechanical & Structural Engineering while working with a world-class team.

What You'll Do

• Manage employees and mid-level managers performing engineering and technical activities.
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures.
• Guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Acquire resources for organizational activities and provide technical management of suppliers.
• Lead process improvements and cultivate a culture of excellence within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Motivate and develop employees and mid-level managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Material Sciences).
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a management role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management and self-managing projects.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality systems (e.g., AS9100).
• Experience with lean processes and initiatives.
• Proven strategic leadership and teammate engagement.
