Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Ledn, a global financial services company dedicated to digital assets. This remote Senior DevSecOps Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the security, reliability, and delivery velocity of our cloud platform. You will play a critical role in improving our infrastructure and ensuring that our engineering teams can ship safely and independently.

What You'll Do

• Improve the security and reliability of Ledn's AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Build automation to eliminate toil and enhance observability.
• Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, ensuring they are efficient and reliable.
• Implement security measures such as policy-as-code, SAST/DAST, and secrets management.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance your work and that of the broader engineering organization.
• Act as the ICT responsible for Ledn's Spanish entity, ensuring compliance with MiCA and DORA regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with hands-on production ownership.
• 2+ years of experience in DevSecOps or Security Engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes operations.
• Proficiency in CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability platforms built on OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and serverless frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML operations tooling.
