About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Architect remote to join a leading high-impact government digital consultancy. As a Senior Front-End Architect remote, you will lead the architectural rebuild of a critical, large-scale application using a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack to ensure high performance and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the front-end rebuild of key modules for a major, high-profile government-backed program.
• Architect and develop clean, production-grade code using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Collaborate within a delivery-focused agile team to transform complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Interface with data-heavy systems, potentially integrating statistical software or complex data-driven visualizations.
• Ensure the application meets rigorous scalability and security standards essential for public sector deployment.

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (Essential – please do not apply without this).
• 6+ years of professional Front End Development experience in fast-paced environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven track record with modern frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience building scalable, high-impact applications, ideally within the government or public sector.
