About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior FPGA Designer to join our innovative RF systems design team. What You'll Do

  • Develop and test complex VHDL/Verilog projects in FPGAs.
  • Participate in hardware architecture design and perform early trade-off studies with evaluation boards.
  • Develop and verify digital signal processing algorithms using Python or MATLAB.
  • Design, simulate, code, and verify software-defined radio projects in FPGAs and DSPs.
  • Optimize FPGA designs for timing and area.
  • Engage in hardware bring-up and troubleshooting activities.
  • Work with RF test equipment, including Signal Generators and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Develop automatic tests for software-defined radio devices.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in VHDL or Verilog programming.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Altera/Intel Quartus, and Modelsim.
  • Experience with Linux, bash, TCL, and Python scripting.
  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in FPGA design.
  • Strong passion for electronics and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RF signal processing applications.
  • Familiarity with JESD204B/C interfaces and Ethernet protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
