About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our innovative team at Marsky. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-performance mobile games and applications that engage users worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to exciting projects that push the boundaries of mobile technology.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications and games using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement smooth animations and optimize performance for a seamless user experience.
• Utilize state management solutions like Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to manage complex business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality using AI-assisted tools.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI and 60 FPS animations across various devices.
• Work with backend technologies like Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for data handling.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy with a product mindset.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart with a focus on mobile applications and games.
• Proven track record of launching at least one high-performance app or game on Google Play or the App Store.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Familiarity with backend services like Supabase or Firebase.
• Understanding of modern development workflows and tools.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Flame engine or custom game loops.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.
• Previous experience in a gaming studio environment.
