BrainRocket is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This Senior Engineering Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects in the FinTech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. You will be part of a vibrant team of over 1,300 professionals dedicated to creating cutting-edge tech products.

What You'll Do

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution effectively.
• Track time and efforts while providing regular status reports.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee project risk management to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing teams and projects using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level).
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as PMP or PSM.
• Familiarity with technologies like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloudflare.
• Experience with data technologies such as ClickHouse, MySQL, and Redis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
