Menlo Security is seeking a Senior Engineer I to join our team focused on remote browser technology. This Senior Engineer I remote position is crucial as we extend and support our world-class remote browser technology across desktop and mobile platforms, serving millions of users globally. What You'll Do
- Extend and support Menlo’s remote browser technology, ensuring high performance and security.
- Work with Chromium internals, networking, video/audio, and advanced HTML5 features.
- Implement and maintain features in Chromium or other browser platforms.
- Collaborate with team members in a design and code review culture.
- Utilize modern AI tooling in development workflows to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Excellent C++ skills are essential for this Senior Engineer I remote role.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Rust, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Experience with HTTP security and networking fundamentals.
- Systems-level Linux experience is required.
- A BSc or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Tornado, haproxy, AWS EC2, WebGL, and WebRTC.
- Experience in font rendering and input handling including IME and contenteditable.
