Senior Elixir Software Engineer - Remote Role with AI Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Elixir Software Engineer remote to join our innovative team at AccessOwl. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Elixir and AI to solve real-world problems while working closely with a dedicated team. What You'll Do

• Advance the AccessOwl platform by iterating on new product features while ensuring code maintainability.
• Build core integrations with various systems and contribute to our cloud infrastructure.
• Take ownership of your applications, embracing the philosophy of 'You build it, you run it.'
• Engage in discussions about customer problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Work with a small, tight-knit team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web software development experience, with a strong focus on Elixir.
• Experience using AI tools for faster iterations in development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with Elixir as a requirement.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering principles such as TDD, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Typescript and Playwright.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS products.
• Interest in working with both back-end and front-end technologies.
