Senior Director of Revenue Operations - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will lead the Revenue Operations function and act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Partnerships teams. This position is crucial for driving operational excellence and predictability across our go-to-market activities, ensuring scalable, data-driven growth for our tech-enabled behavioral health platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow the Revenue Operations team, including deal desk and analytics support.
  • Lead with servant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while reinforcing an empathetic, results-oriented culture.
  • Coordinate and prepare quarterly go-to-market board reporting and executive materials.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue funnel tracking against plans.
  • Drive annual go-to-market planning, including target-setting, territory design, team structure, quota setting, and incentive plans across senior commercial teams.
  • Oversee the go-to-market technology stack and maintain a forward-looking roadmap, integrating AI to automate insights and workflows.
  • Manage commissions administration processes end-to-end for Sales and Client Management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading Revenue Operations or similar functions in high-growth, tech-enabled environments.
  • Proven ability to partner strategically across Sales, Marketing, and Client Management.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience managing revenue technology platforms such as Salesforce and workflow automation tools.
  • Capability to lead, develop, and scale a team while fostering a culture of accountability and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and translating strategy into execution.
  • Eligible to work remotely within the USA, excluding Hawaii.
