About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Frontend Team (Remote) to lead our frontend engineering strategy for a globally used SaaS platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a distributed Frontend team, driving architecture, delivery, and engineering quality across a modern web platform while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers in a fully remote environment, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Own the frontend architecture across a complex, enterprise SaaS platform, implementing best practices around performance, scalability, testing, and code quality.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver new features end-to-end, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and technical development.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning, shaping the future of our frontend architecture.
• Help scale engineering processes across a globally distributed team, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in frontend-focused teams.
• Strong background in modern frontend development, particularly with React, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
• Experience working on large-scale SaaS or enterprise web applications.
• Track record of leading remote or distributed engineering teams effectively.
• Strong architectural understanding of scalable frontend systems.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• SaaS background highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery methodologies.
