We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at a9va. What You'll Do

  • Lead the DevOps team, managing a group of 3 to 4 members, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end infrastructure management, from non-production to production environments.
  • Execute database migrations from scratch, demonstrating your expertise in handling complex data environments.
  • Utilize container orchestration tools like Kubernetes to enhance deployment processes.
  • Implement configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate programming languages like GO, Python, and Java into the DevOps process.
  • Work with various databases including MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Consultant.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a DevOps capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale production traffic.
  • Strong understanding of container orchestration and configuration management tools.
  • Experience with programming languages such as GO, Python, and Java.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Minimum stability of 1.5 years per organization with clear reasons for relocation.
