Senior Designer & Team Lead - Creative Solutions for Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer & Team Lead to join our dynamic team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the visual quality of our projects and lead our design team in creating compelling solutions for our clients in the real estate and finance sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative direction and design development for social media, campaigns, brand appearances, and audiovisual formats.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality design standard across all projects and channels.
• Actively participate in the creative development and implementation of social media content, including postings, stories, reels, ads, and videos for our clients.
• Manage and develop the design team, providing coaching and support to designers ranging from junior to senior levels.
• Plan resources and capacities effectively to meet project demands.
• Collaborate closely with social media, strategy, and content teams to translate client briefs into creative solutions.
• Present and advocate for design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Establish and enhance design processes and standards, ensuring quality control within the design team.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in design and communication.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design within an agency environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership or a clear ambition to take on responsibility.
• Strong sense of brand design and corporate identity, particularly in digital and audiovisual formats.
• Experience in developing campaigns and corporate designs.
• Proficient with common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and video editing/animation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools in design processes for automation and content creation.
• Strong conceptual skills, especially in digital channels.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation confidence, and a structured working style.
• Fluency in both German and English.
