We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Forward Deployed to join our dynamic team at Puritas Group. What You'll Do

• Build and deploy software in demanding, high-stakes environments as a Senior AI Engineer.
• Integrate systems, write production-grade code, and resolve blockers quickly.
• Work directly with users to shape and deliver technical solutions that meet real-world needs.
• Map workflows and identify high-value use cases as a Deployment Strategist.
• Align stakeholders and drive adoption across complex organizations.

• Communicate effectively between engineers and executives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as a Forward Deployed Engineer or customer-facing Software Engineer.
• Proven production-level experience with LLM, including advanced prompting, agents, evals, and large-scale deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with additional skills in TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT and AI deployment patterns is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and complex organizations.

• Background in engineering, consulting, defense, national security, digital transformation, product, or operations.
