About the Role

As a Site General Manager, you will oversee a designated travel center, ensuring that every traveler returns to the road better than they came. What You'll Do

• Supervise the management team and overall operations of the designated travel center.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor with a high level of character, honesty, and integrity.
• Inspire Profit Center Managers and their teams to achieve company objectives related to people, profit, safety, and quality of service.
• Coach and teach sound customer service principles to all team members.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and develop management-level talent.
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations impacting operations.
• Manage location operations while controlling operating expenses within established budgets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with proven positive results.
• Proficient planning and analytical skills, including understanding P&L calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of POS software.
• Ability to perform non-management functions to assist when needed.
