Senior Data Analyst - Customer Value for Mental Health Tech
About the Role
Join Spring Health as a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Value, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing mental healthcare. This remote position allows you to work with a dynamic team dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in building metrics that drive our Customer Value product team, ensuring that we deliver the right care at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Customer Value team to build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure that supports our provider experience metrics and related KPIs.
- Develop a metric tree for the Customer Value team, establishing a North Star Metric and breaking it down into component metrics.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that empower non-technical users to understand trends and analyze metric movements.
- Support the routing of members to the right care by measuring the impact of this routing on financial performance.
- Collaborate with the data science team to analyze major trends and understand the drivers of change.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for the dashboards and data products you deliver.
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of metrics by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work with the analytics engineering team to maintain core data models in dbt that support these metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
- Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Hex, Omni).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong user empathy and a passion for improving mental health care.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies in alignment with business impact.
- Comfortable working independently with executive-level team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience in product and/or finance analytics.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
