What You'll Do
- Support the architecture and design of cybersecurity requirements and protections.
- Provide cybersecurity system engineering implementation guidance to technical teams.
- Review and assess stakeholder security objectives and security requirements.
- Identify and evaluate the costs and benefits of security functions to inform engineering trade-offs.
- Author and maintain cybersecurity program documentation, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure security compliance.
- Integrate Cyber Systems Engineering requirements with Program System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives.
- Adjust commercial security methodologies within sensitive customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; or 10 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a PhD.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance at the time of application.
- Direct experience developing RMF assessment and authorization documentation.
- Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.
Nice to Have
- Expertise in Systems Security Engineering as defined in NIST SP 800-160.
- Experience working with DOORS and CAMEO.
- Experience in configuring and deploying Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
- Familiarity with Agile execution frameworks.
