What You'll Do

• Support the architecture and design of cybersecurity requirements and protections.
• Provide cybersecurity system engineering implementation guidance to technical teams.
• Review and assess stakeholder security objectives and security requirements.
• Identify and evaluate the costs and benefits of security functions to inform engineering trade-offs.
• Author and maintain cybersecurity program documentation, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure security compliance.
• Integrate Cyber Systems Engineering requirements with Program System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives.
• Adjust commercial security methodologies within sensitive customer environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; or 10 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a PhD.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance at the time of application.
• Direct experience developing RMF assessment and authorization documentation.
• Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in Systems Security Engineering as defined in NIST SP 800-160.
• Experience working with DOORS and CAMEO.
• Experience in configuring and deploying Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
• Familiarity with Agile execution frameworks.
