About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team at Kit, a leading email-first operating system designed for creators. This remote role is pivotal in helping us achieve our mission of empowering creators to earn $1 billion through our innovative marketing platform. As a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with creators and driving the adoption of our premium services.
What You'll Do
- Engage with creators and agencies to close deals and expand our customer base.
- Manage a personal sales quota, focusing on inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities.
- Conduct educational sessions with agency partners and talent teams to demonstrate Kit's value.
- Develop and maintain a robust outbound pipeline to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and experience selling to creators and digital-first businesses.
- Proven track record in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with creators and agency partners.
- Fluency in utilizing AI tools for sales workflows and outreach personalization.

- Experience in email marketing or partnerships within the creator economy.
- Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, or management companies.
- Familiarity with competitive landscape and monetization platforms.

- Competitive salary with a base of $100,750 and OTE of $200,000.
