Senior Conversion Optimization Specialist - Remote FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team at Raisin, the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. This remote role allows you to work autonomously while collaborating with various teams including PPC, Marketing Analytics, and Product. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our conversion strategies and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and evaluate tests to optimize PPC and affiliate landing pages, app store listings, and ad copy.
• Take ownership of conversion optimization initiatives within the Marketing department, collaborating with Paid Channel teams.
• Generate and refine hypotheses in partnership with stakeholders to enhance conversion rates.
• Set up and moderate AB and incrementality tests, ensuring thorough documentation and prioritization.
• Create landing pages using Contentstack CMS and collaborate with teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Analyze and interpret results using AB testing platforms and Looker BI, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Promote a test-driven optimization culture within the Marketing department.
• Work diligently within the regulated financial environment, ensuring compliance and thoroughness.

Requirements

• Practical experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments from conception to result interpretation.
• Sound understanding of web design principles and basic CSS skills; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as statistical significance and sample size calculation.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and heatmapping tools.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AB testing platforms.
• Interest in financial products and services.
• Familiarity with ticketing software like Jira.
• Understanding of PPC marketing and customer lifetime value (CLTV) considerations.
