About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to join our team at TRM Labs, a leading blockchain intelligence company. This Senior Business Recruiter remote role is crucial in scaling our business functions by leading full-cycle recruiting across various departments including Finance, Legal, People, and Operations. You will partner directly with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and craft exceptional candidate experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring for Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other S&M functions.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities.
  • Create candidate experiences that model best-in-class recruiting and reflect TRM’s culture and values at every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to find and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring advisor, helping define what “great” looks like for each business role.
  • Build proactive pipelines to ensure TRM can scale quickly in response to new priorities and increased capacity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring across business functions.
  • Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring and regulated functions.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of diverse requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Structured communicator with a proactive mindset and comfort working async.
  • Skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experience across roles and levels.
