Senior Business Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work as part of a multi-stakeholder team to develop financial models and concepts that will take our products to market. This role is crucial in ensuring the desirability, feasibility, and viability of emerging solutions within the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do

• Continuously maintain a deep understanding of the behavioral landscape and disruptive market forces impacting our products.
• Project capability requirements to support competitive product positioning and actively participate in the documentation of requirements for scalable development.
• Maintain all necessary documentation to operationalize aligned products, including multi-stakeholder journey maps, requirements, and financial projections.
• Foster a product management skillset by managing products through their lifecycle and implementing best practices in the research and development phase.
• Develop and maintain product scorecards with qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Represent aligned products to internal stakeholders and in the marketplace, effectively participating in staff meetings and committees.
• Contribute to training programs and professional development activities.
• Build constructive relationships across the company and influence go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in reporting and data analysis, with health data experience preferred.
• Proven experience in interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results with a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.

Nice to Have

• Product experience preferred, but not required.
• Case management or clinical experience preferred.
