What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for health insurance software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Support the implementation of new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adaptability of our products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
• Proven experience in the health insurance sector is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Currently based in Ireland with legal permission to work without visa sponsorship.
• Must have own laptop or desktop computer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
