Senior Brand Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our team remotely. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our brand identity and enhancing our presence in the market. This position allows you to work from anywhere while aligning your hours with Central Time.

What You'll Do

• Craft high-quality designs across various digital marketing touchpoints using Figma that drive engagement.
• Lead creative development across key projects, ensuring that the work reflects our bold brand direction.
• Push beyond the brief to uncover fresh, strategic ways to express the brand and surprise our audience.
• Present your work with clarity and confidence, articulating the rationale behind each creative decision.
• Mentor and inspire fellow creatives, fostering a culture of curiosity and creative bravery.
• Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively improving processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in design, with a focus on concept-driven, cross-channel work.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, conceptual range, and impeccable craft.
• Mastery of Figma and experience with Adobe Suites; motion or After Effects experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, color, and composition.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A pulse on food culture, pop culture, and the evolving creative landscape.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
