Senior Brand and Digital Designer - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Brand and Digital Designer to join our team remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique Australian marketing consultancy specializing in healthcare. As a Senior Brand and Digital Designer remote, you will be responsible for creating high-end, distinctive creative outputs that reflect the premium positioning of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of comprehensive brand identity systems for healthcare clients, ensuring all creative output aligns with client objectives.
• Design visually sophisticated websites and landing pages that meet UX/UI best practices.
• Create a wide range of graphic design deliverables including social media kits, advertising creatives, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to understand client needs and deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Maintain organized Figma files and design systems to support efficient design production.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end brand identity and website design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong working knowledge of Webflow and WordPress.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for healthcare or professional services brands.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation for digital content.
• Photography direction or editing skills.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools to enhance creative output.
