What You'll Do

• Collaborate proactively with project teams to develop products, guiding them through the entire development lifecycle.
• Ensure code quality and governance, adhering to established patterns and designs.
• Contribute to architecture, coding, and development, planning and estimating effectively.
• Refactor and continuously improve codebases for optimal performance.
• Communicate technical decisions and information thoroughly with the global team.
• Take responsibility for software releases and support live applications.
• Engage in DevOps practices, looking beyond programming to deployment and operation.
• Deliver fair outcomes for customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong Java development experience (6+ years).
• Experience with AWS cloud environment (4+ years).
• Proficient in using and configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building scalable software services (e.g., serverless, microservices).
• Strong object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design principles.
• Database modeling skills with experience in both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
