AI Systems & Automation Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Systems & Automation Specialist to join our remote team at Goodwork. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind our agency's growth, leveraging AI and automation to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Your mission will be to build internal systems and AI-powered workflows that enable our team to achieve more without increasing headcount. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automations across various functions including media pitching, influencer campaign management, and sales outreach.
• Lead a 30-day mission to establish an AI-assisted media pitching system, setting the foundation for future expansions.
• Integrate tools and systems to create seamless workflows, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, and GoHighLevel to build multi-step workflows that enhance team efficiency.
• Train team members on new systems and gather feedback to iterate and improve processes.
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented systems and workflows.
• Develop internal guides and SOPs to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, systems implementation, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record of building effective workflows and automations using tools like Make, n8n, and Zapier.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and API integration, particularly with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize tech stacks for efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Experience in digital marketing or PR is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with influencer marketing or PR outreach workflows.
• Experience in agency settings, managing multiple clients and projects.
• Knowledge of additional tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
