What You'll Do

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team, working closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals to create exceptional software solutions.
  • Participate in product planning and contribute your insights throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Develop and enhance features, APIs, and continuously improve our platform's performance and scalability.
  • Help find and fix bugs efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide a customer-centric experience by focusing on quality engineering and attentive development.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript best practices, along with experience in at least one other server-side language.
  • Expertise in SQL, particularly with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database modeling.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience designing systems for scalability and optimizing performance under load.
  • Skilled in building APIs with a focus on security and scalability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products running 24/7 on major cloud vendors.
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech industry and its unique challenges.
