About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Technician with a focus on Health & Safety to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will support the qualification, evaluation, and development of new and existing suppliers in all quality- and process-related topics. As a Quality Technician, you will perform and support supplier audits, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up of corrective actions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and workflows, ultimately increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier part deviations, including risk assessments and corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Participate in workplace risk assessments and contribute to defining and implementing measures to eliminate or reduce safety risks.
- Conduct or support HSE trainings, safety inspections, and internal HSEQ-related communication.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, operating instructions, and legislative requirements related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
Requirements
- Technical education (secondary or university), preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in quality, supplier development, production, or HSE.
- Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, QRQC.
- Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; experience with audits is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Good command of Czech and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%).
