Customer Success Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Vizzia. This Customer Success Manager remote position is pivotal as we aim to scale from €4M ARR to €9M by the end of 2026. You will manage a portfolio of local authorities, ensuring successful implementation and long-term engagement with our solution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation plan with each client to ensure a structured and successful launch.
  • Train client teams on how to use the solution and share best practices.
  • Monitor product usage and identify early signals of adoption or disengagement.
  • Manage the client relationship through regular check-ins and usage reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, or new use cases within existing accounts.
  • Manage contract renewals within your portfolio with a target of at least 90% renewal rate.
  • Contribute to building and improving Customer Success processes.
  • Support the development of customer engagement and loyalty programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to manage client projects autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Interest in SaaS products and/or the public sector is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Knowledge of public sector operations.
