About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain. In this remote automotive mechanic position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, ensuring each vehicle is delivered in optimal working condition and safety. You will perform both preventive maintenance and repairs, identifying faults, assessing their origins, and carrying out the necessary actions for proper resolution.
What You'll Do
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles.
- Diagnose faults using technical tools and procedures.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems of vehicles.
- Replace parts and components ensuring correct installation.
- Verify the proper functioning of the vehicle after each intervention.
- Complete repair orders and record interventions performed.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards established in the workshop.
Requirements
- Technical training in mechanics or electromechanics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar automotive workshop role.
- Knowledge in general mechanics, automotive electricity, and electronic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
