Senior Automation QA Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland. This Senior Automation QA Engineer remote position offers you the chance to work with a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and provide QA input throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any potential issues.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and best practices.
• Investigate and report on defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Puppeteer, Gatling).
• Familiarity with design patterns such as Page Object Model.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
