Senior Automation Engineer - Healthcare Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team remotely. This Senior Automation Engineer remote position focuses on delivering automation solutions in the healthcare sector, leveraging your extensive experience with Automation Anywhere and RPA technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Analyze, build, test, deploy, and support process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements.
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions and manage the bot lifecycle.
• Utilize Python for scripting and integrate APIs into automation workflows.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for automation processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in automation processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in process automation and RPA delivery.
• Proven expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 as a senior developer.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with API integrations.
• Deep understanding of XML and XSD structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in leading projects from inception to deployment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for automation code.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Current Automation Anywhere certifications (A360 Advanced/Master).
• Experience with GenAI/LLM integrations for automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Knowledge of process mapping and mining tools.
