Senior Art Director - Web Design for Global SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Art Director - Web Design to join our dynamic team at Deel. In this remote role, you will guide the strategic direction and execution of our marketing website, ensuring that our web experiences are not only visually stunning but also optimized for business impact. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with various teams to drive engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale.

What You'll Do

• Own the website creative vision and partner with stakeholders to define the roadmap aligned with web strategy and growth goals.
• Work closely with a talented web team of designers, developers, and SEO/CRO specialists to foster excellence in execution.
• Develop engaging web experiences that drive measurable results, leveraging shared success metrics.
• Continuously improve user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) through testing and iteration.
• Ensure web projects are delivered on time and within scope, aligned with brand and business performance goals.
• Manage and develop the Website Design System in collaboration with developers based on business needs.
• Establish systems and processes to streamline web operations and increase project velocity.
• Translate performance insights into clear briefs and initiatives to enhance web effectiveness.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns.
• Proven success managing web initiatives in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Experience working in agile environments and with marketing operations teams.

Nice to Have

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; experience designing AI-assisted product experiences.
• Experience with AI tools as part of your design workflow.
