Senior AI Product Lead - Remote Innovation Role

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior AI Product Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be a hands-on AI MVP builder, leading the charge in our AI-centric Innovation Office. You will have the opportunity to take real business problems and quickly build working MVPs using LLMs and AI-native tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and Codex. This is not just a strategic role; you will be executing and shipping products that make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and shipping of AI-driven prototypes that address real-world business challenges.
• Manage a team of data scientists, ensuring their models are integrated into functional products.
• Conduct direct discovery interviews with agents to validate prototypes and gather user feedback.
• Evaluate project opportunities based on financial impact and prioritize effectively.
• Maintain a backlog of projects, protecting it from scope creep and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product lead in AI, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools and technologies.
• Ability to manage and mentor technical staff, particularly data scientists.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and gather user insights.
• Experience in evaluating financial impacts of technical investments.

• Experience in the insurance or fintech industries.
• Background in managing contract technical resources.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.
