Senior AI/​ML Scientist - Antibody Discovery (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Scientist for Antibody Discovery to join our innovative team. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to drive advancements in antibody discovery. You will work on generative protein designs and support biologic modalities using cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models for siRNA, PMO, and conjugate designs.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks such as recurrent neural networks (RNN) and graph neural networks (GNN) to enhance antibody discovery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into drug discovery workflows.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that inform antibody design and characterization.
• Contribute to the development of innovative oligonucleotide chemistry applications in biologics.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML applications within drug discovery and antibody design.
• Strong understanding of deep learning models and their applications in DNA, RNA, and protein analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for machine learning implementations.
• Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry and biologics is highly desirable.
