• Oversee the delivery of production-grade chatbots and autonomous agents.
• Manage engineering teams while remaining involved in the codebase and architectural decisions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data and security standards in AI integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling Enterprise RAG and Agentic RAG frameworks.
• Deep technical expertise in developing autonomous agent platforms and sophisticated chatbots.
• A strong portfolio of functional AI applications deployed in real-world environments.
• Elite educational background in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders.
