Senior AI Engineer - Business Automation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Business Automation (Remote) to join our dynamic team at eduki. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI to enhance our business processes and drive innovation across departments. Your contributions will directly impact the education sector by automating workflows and improving operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI pipelines that automate SEO content and create RAG-based systems for internal documentation.
• Implement LLM-based solutions, integrating them with our CRM/CMS, Notion, and Data Warehouse.
• Establish guardrails for data protection and access management to ensure secure and cost-effective AI scaling.
• Act as a consultant for Marketing, IT, and Product teams, establishing reusable AI patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop AI-powered features such as intelligent search and dynamic pricing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade RAG systems with expertise in vector databases and advanced prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and orchestration of commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing AI projects from ideation to production, with a degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
• Fluency in English and comfort in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python and experience with automation platforms like n8n or Langdock.
• Knowledge of SQL for data preparation and querying.
• Interest in the EdTech sector and alignment with eduki’s mission.
