Senior AI & Data Platform Architect - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI & Data Platform Architect remote to join our innovative team at Changing Social. As a people-first digital consultancy and Microsoft Partner, we focus on transforming workplaces through AI and data solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our AI-driven strategies and solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end AI and data platform delivery, encompassing discovery, design, delivery, deployment, and driving results.
• Design and implement Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse, data warehousing, and data pipelines.
• Develop enterprise-grade Power BI reporting on Fabric.
• Build and operationalize Azure Machine Learning solutions, focusing on model development, training, and deployment.
• Design AI-ready data architectures that support analytics, Copilot, and intelligent agents.
• Act as a trusted client advisor, leading discussions on data strategy and AI adoption.
• Integrate across Azure services, APIs, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms while ensuring security and compliance.
• Contribute to internal AI accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering data, AI, or cloud solutions in client-facing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, warehouses, pipelines, and semantic models.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI and data architectures end-to-end.
• Experience building AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs and intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics architectures, and data transformation patterns.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or TypeScript for API integrations.
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and enterprise data governance frameworks.
