About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - Transport & Logistics (Remote) to join our dynamic Mobility & Logistics team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to enhance our clients' experiences and drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with key clients in the transport and logistics sector, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and promote the full portfolio of adesso Group services, including strategic consulting and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition process from proposal to successful project implementation.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance service delivery and provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and challenges to provide clients with insightful recommendations.
• Travel within Germany as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in IT project sales, ideally within the transport and logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and trends.
• Established network and market knowledge, with contacts among key decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements.
• Proficiency in using AI tools effectively in your field.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, with strong negotiation abilities.
