Senior Account Executive - Remote Sales Role
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive remote to join our dynamic sales team at Circle. As a Senior Account Executive remote, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities, and we are proud to be a fully remote company with a diverse team of around 200 members from over 30 countries.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth by closing $20K-$100K ACV new business deals, managing prospects from trial through contract signature.
- Execute expansion opportunities by managing a book of existing customers after initial sales.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and challenges, delivering customized demos that showcase Circle’s value proposition.
- Engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers in complex buying processes, building compelling business cases and ROI models.
- Continuously learn about product releases and educate yourself on how customers leverage new features.
- Contribute to the evolution of our sales methodology and playbooks, sharing wins and losses openly with the team.
- Support teammates and celebrate their successes, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with $30K-$50K ACV deals.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and ranking as a top performer.
- Consultative selling expertise with the ability to conduct deep discovery and build value-based business cases.
- Proficiency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading).
- Strong alignment with Circle’s values and a customer-first mentality.

- Experience with SaaS platforms and automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize approaches.
- Exceptional organization skills to juggle multiple deals while maintaining attention to detail.
