About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to join OLIVER, the world’s first specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. This Senior Account Director remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive integrated digital and retail marketing services across the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the senior strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities to grow website revenue, improve online and instore effectiveness, and enhance end-to-end customer experience.
  • Own the overarching account strategy, ensuring all six workstreams are aligned to shared business objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with UK stakeholders and HQ counterparts.
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 specialists across various marketing disciplines.
  • Oversee the commercial health of the account, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Guide the digital media strategy driving traffic, conversion, and revenue on the website.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the affiliate program with a clear long-term growth vision.
  • Champion a data-led culture across all workstreams, ensuring robust processes are in place.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience in client services, account management, or marketing operations.
  • 3–4 years in a senior leadership role managing complex, multi-workstream accounts.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 8+ across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of D2C ecommerce and digital performance marketing.
  • Experience overseeing £1m+ digital media budgets.
  • Confident interpreting performance data and challenging insights.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial control experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience overseeing large-scale affiliate programs (100+ partners desirable).
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and integrated reporting across platforms.
