Head of Partner Optimization - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Partner Optimization to join our team at Dohop. This is a unique opportunity to lead data-driven optimization initiatives for our global B2B partners, driving measurable revenue outcomes and enhancing our partner value proposition. As the Head of Partner Optimization, you will influence various aspects of partner performance, including pricing, distribution, and market trends, all while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Lead data-driven optimization of global B2B partner performance, focusing on pricing, distribution, routing, and competition.
- Drive measurable revenue and commercial outcomes through optimization initiatives in collaboration with regional Heads of Sales.
- Own all partner business cases end-to-end: build, model, execute, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain structured partner optimization frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating insights into actionable initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Partner Performance Analytics team to continuously improve data-driven decision-making across the Commercial team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial performance, trading, marketplace optimization, or revenue management.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes through data analysis across multiple performance levers.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strategic, commercially sharp, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-market B2B environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel or aviation industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field.
